Harry Woebkenberg
Jordan Valve Product Manager

Harry joined Richards Industries as Jordan Valve’s product manager in 2008. Prior to joining Richards, he held various sales and marketing positions for a local valve manufacturer. Harry earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from Thomas More College. He’s a member of the University of Notre Dame Monogram Club.

Lyle Hamilton
Chief Engineer

Lyle has been a part of the engineering team at Richards Industries for over 20 years. He’s the project engineer responsible for new product development and technical support for three of the six Richards product lines. He has been published in Processing Magazine and Valve World. Lyle earned his degree from the University of Houston and moved to Cincinnati to join Richards in 1996.

National Sales Manager

Steve has been with Jordan Valve for almost ten years and is the National Sales Manager. His responsibilities include managing the Regional Sales Managers and creating new business opportunities.

Doug Boily
Regional Sales Manager - Southwest Region

Doug has been with Richards Industries for more than five years, and he has more than twenty years industry experience. As regional manager, he’s responsible for sales of all six Richards product lines. His duties include: training and support of the sales channel, identification of new and emerging markets, and the recruitment of new representatives and distributors.

 

Tim Gainer
Regional Sales Manager, North America

Tim has been with Jordan Valve for over 15 years and he has more than 18 years of industry experience. As regional manager, he’s responsible for training and support of the sales channel, identification of new and emerging markets, and the recruitment of new representatives and distributors.

Veerachoke Narasirilirk
Regional Manager, Asia

Veerachoke has been with Richards Industries since 2006. He has experience in industrial sales for more than 20 years in both sales and channels management. Veerachoke holds Bachelor of Science in Technical Education in Computer Technology from King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok. He based in Bangkok, Thailand to support representatives, distributors and customers in Asia-Pacific Region including training, identification of new and emerging markets, developing the markets, and the recruitment of new representatives and distributors.

Swapnanta Pattnaik
Regional Sales Manager, India

Swapnanta has been with Richards Richards since 2013. A dynamic, self-motivator, go-getter who always thinks the impossible is possible and always is ready to accept new challenges. His responsibility include marketing, sales and business development, training and support of the sales channel, identification of new and emerging marketings and the recruitment of new representatives and distributors. He has been in the industry for more than 21 years and operates out of India.

Brian Rice
Regional Sales Manager, Europe and Africa

Brian has been with Richards Industries since January 2008. Initially responsible for sales of all products in Europe, he has now taken on sales in the Middle East and Africa, where he looks after recruitment and support of the distributors. Brian has been in the valve industry for more than 35 years, and he has held senior positions within Valtek, Spirax-Sarco, and Parker-Hannifin. He’s an enthusiastic – but not very good – golfer, and a keen football (soccer to Americans) fan of Liverpool, his hometown.

Jorge Rodriguez
Sales Manager, Latin America

Jorge has worked with Richards Industries since 2008 as sales manager for Latin America. He grew up in Mexico City and moved to Guadalajara, Mexico in 1984 where he graduated from ITESO University with a degree in industrial engineering. He began his journey in the instrumentation business 14 years ago.

Kevin Schnelle
Northeast Regional Sales Manager

Kevin has been with Richards Industries for more than ten years, and he has more than fifteen years industry experience. As regional manager, he’s responsible for sales of all six Richards product lines. His duties include: training and support of the sales channel, identification of new and emerging markets, and the recruitment of new representatives and distributors.

Tyler Schroeder
Regional Sales Manager

Tyler Schroeder started at Richards Industries in 2010 as an Inside Sales Correspondent. In 2014, Tyler was promoted to Marwin Valve Product Manager where he was responsible for the sales and management of Marwin Valve. In 2016, Tyler decided to transition to Regional Sales Manager and is responsible for the sales in the following states: Hawaii, Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, Michigan, Tennessee, Southern Illinois, Eastern Missouri, Arkansas, Northern Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Maryland, Virginia, All of Canada less Alberta.

Kyndle McMurry
Marketing Communications Manager

Kyndle has been with Richards Industries for more than 15 years. As marketing manager, she’s responsible for all marketing and collateral material for all six Richards product lines. Her duties include: trade-show participation, website initiatives, social-media programs, and print materials.
